HSE POLICY STATEMENT MS TECHNICAL SERVICES SDN BHD (MS Tech,
Company) attaches the greatest importance to safety, health
and environmental protection, and seeks to conduct operations
in such a way as to avoid harm to its employees, Sub-Contractors
and others who could be affected by Company Activities. Our
aim is to secure and maintain the highest standards in all
Company undertakings.
In furtherance of this aim the Company will:

Set,
encourage and maintain a safe standard of behavior and
seeks continuous improvement by regular reviews of performance.

Ensure
that the system of identifying, assessing and adequately
controlling safety health and environment risk is established
and maintained. |

Encourage
employee participation in and contribution to the establishment
and observance of safety working practices and a cleaner,
quieter environment. |
d.

Ensure
that employees are suitable trained, adequately instructed
and supervised their duties, in the safe used of equipment
and materials and in the correct disposal of controlled
waste. |

Provide
proper resources to ensure competent advised on safety,
health and environmental matters. |

Comply
with safety, health environmental measures required by
law and act positively to prevent injury, ill-health,
damage, loss and environmental pollution arising from
its operations. |

Apply
the principle that all accidental injuries are preventable
by achieving high standard of safety consciousness, discipline
and individual and individual accountability throughout
the workforce. |

Raise
environmental awareness throughout the workforce and take
all the practicable steps to prevent pollution of the
land, air and water. |

Limit
the production of waste by recycling wherever possible
and only to used licensed waste handlers for disposal. |

Keep
records of the production and disposal of controlled waste. |
